August 25, 2007. Safyra Duurham was chosen as Miss Suriname 2007 and will automatically represent her country at the Miss Earth pageant this year. The two runners-up -Chantyn Ramdas and Charisse Moll will compete in the Miss International and Miss World pageants, respectively.

August 25, 2007. Roshni Kaur Soin has been crowned Miss Singapore World. She will compete at Miss World 2007 in Sanya, China. The first runner-up was Nurfarhana Bte Fayrhat Abbas, and the second runner-up was Desiree Yong Shi Ying. The third runner-up was Noor Erlynna Roslan, and the fourth runner-up was Roslin Misdar.

August 25, 2007. Yendi Phillipps, 21, competing as Miss Perfectil, was crowned Miss Jamaica World. She has also won the Public Vote, Miss Sport, Miss Talent and Beach Beauty competitions.She will compete in the Miss World Pageant in China on Dec. 1, 2007. The first runner-up was Rosina Casserly and the second runner-up was Jody Shaw.

August 24, 2007. Angel Kileo was chosen as replacement to dethroned Miss Tanzania Earth 2007 Kelly Kempton. Miss Kempton was stripped off her title after not performing various tasks assigned to her as environmental ambasadress of her country. The new queen, Angel, was last years Miss Tanzania International.

August 24, 2007. Stunning beauty Mileth Johana Lopez of Sucre victoriously won the Miss Earth Colombia 2007 crown held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Medellin. She will be Colombia's representative in this year's Miss Earth beauty pageant.

August 14, 2007. Patricia Andrade, of Minas Gerais, was crowned Bellesa Brazil (Beauty Brazil) 2007 at the Hall Centenarian of the Gold Palace Mines Hotel, in Belo Horizonte. First runner-up is Miss Espirito Santo Christiane Gaygher and Isabela Santos of Pernambucana was 2nd runner-up. Patricia will be Brazil's delegate to the 7th Miss Earth in Manila.

August 11, 2007. Mahleej Sarkari, 25, from Karachi will be competing at the Miss Earth pageant after winning the Miss Pakistan 2007 crown. Nida Shaheen and Nida Khan was first and second runners-up, respectively.

August 7, 2007. The new Millennium Queens of Ethiopia (Miss Ethiopia) were chosen at the Ethiopian National Theatre in Adis Abeba. Kidan Gebregziabher was chosen Miss Millennium Queen (for Miss Universe 2008 and Miss International 2007) while Nardos Tafese was Miss Millennium World (for Miss Earth 2007).

Other crowned beauties were Miss Millennium Tourism Hizbayesh Amare, Miss Millennium International Eyerusalem Mulugeta and Miss Millennium Intercontinental Semira Yasin.

August 4, 2007. 21-year Communication Art student Kanokkorn Jaichuern was crowned Miss Thailand World 2007 and will have the chance to represent Thailand at the Miss World 2007 in Sanya, China on December.

August 4, 2007. Putri Raemawasti, competing as Miss Jawa Timur, has been crowned Puteri Indonesia (Miss Indonesia Universe) 2007 in Jakarta. She will represent Indonesia in Miss Universe 2008. Reigning Miss Universe Riyo Mori of Japan was present at the event.

August 4, 2007. Oneka McCoy is going to represent St. Lucia, a small island on the Eastern Caribbean after winning the Miss Earth St. Lucia 2007 title. Presently, the beautiful McCoy is employed at the Electoral Department as an Assistant Technician.

August 3, 2007. The finals of the Miss Turks & Caicos Universe 2007 was held at Turtle Cove Marina. The pageant culminated in the crowning of this year's winner Angelica Lightbourne. She will represent the twin islands to Miss Universe in 2008. The 1st runner-up Tameka Devoux was crowned Miss Earth Turks and Caicos.

August 2, 2007. Lee Ji-Seon, 24, is the new Miss Korea, she will be competing in Miss Universe 2008. The other winners are: Ka-Won Park Miss Korea International (for Miss International 2007), Eun-Ju Cho Miss Korea World (for Miss World 2007), Ji-Eun Yoo Miss Korea Earth (for Miss Earth 2007), and runners-up Jin Lee, Ju-Yun Kim and Jae-Ha Lee.

August 1, 2007. The sophisticated looks of Alexandra Gaguen won the 2007 Miss Earth France contest held in Paris. 20 year-old Alexandra will represent France in the Miss Earth finals on November.

August 1, 2007. Lisa Forbes of Kansas was crowned Miss Earth United States during the finals night held at Sheraton-Portland Airport Hotel in Portland, Oregon. Jana Murrell, the Midwest competitor, was United States Miss Air, Sunshine State's Christina Rumfelt was United States Miss Water, Carson Hanrath of Tennessee was United States Miss Fire and Kimberly Hoff of Arizona was United States Miss Eco-Tourism.
